We are very excited to present this new feature to our patients. Our patient portal is state of the art and allows our patients to log on at their leisure, not having to wait until the office opens to send us your requests. This eliminates long holds on the phone, and you can be assured that we will receive your request and address it as quickly as possible. All requests come in straight through your chart and to the appropriate staff personel that handles those issues. We encourage all patients to use this service as much as possible. However, in the event of a life threatening emergency, you should always call 911 or report to the nearest emergency room.
