Appointments
When you need an appointment, please utilize the on-line appointment request feature or call us at us 770.943.7808. We will make every effort to have you seen at the time requested.
For patients under the age of 18, we will need to obtain a consent signed by the parent/guardian before the patient can be seen and treated.
If you are unable to cancel your appointment, please cancel within 24 hours to avoid a $25.00 cancellation fee.
